Institute for Research on Cultural and Historical Heritage – (IRCHH) was established by a Government Decree of the Republic of Bulgaria Ref. № 255 / 1st Nov. 2010 published in the State Gazette, issue 88 of the 9th Nov. 2010. The Institute develops its scientific, educational, international and popularization mission in the following areas of Cultural and Historical Heritage

Strandzha – Springs of Spirituality and Knowledge is part of a long-term project called Summeruniversity Strandzha Mountain
and Its Role in the Civilization Transition East-West, created as a result of Prof. Alexander Fol’s initiative. Today, the sustained development of this brilliant idea is invariably connected with the expansion of the ULSIT.
